  2. A well defined article with step by step information on both Employee Relations and Organisation Performance. The blog post goes into most crucial factors that effect both relationships in organisations and its overall performance with the help of studies conducted by Lavoie, A. (2017). However, the blog lacks more recommendation and solutions that can be utilised to mitigate these aforementioned factors.
